.....Year of the Republic of India as follows :" 1. This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal (Amendment) Slioniiilc. Act, 2005. 2. In sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 Amendmcnior (hereinafter called the principal Aci)," section 9 of ' Haryana Acl 24 (a) the following clause shall be added, namely :" of 1973.
