.....shall not affect the liability of that bank for payment of premium for the period before such cancellation and of any interest due under the provisions of this section. (2) The premium shall be payable for such periods, at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) If an insured bank makes any default in payment of any amount of premium, it shall for the period of such default, be liable to pay to the Corporation interest on such amount at such rate1[not exceeding eight per cent. over and above the bank rate as may be prescribed]. _______________________ 1. .....be open to such person or medical college to rectify the defects, if any, specified by the Council; (b) consider the scheme, having regard to the factors referred to in sub-section (7), and submit the scheme together with its recommendations thereon to the Central Government. (4) The Central Government- may, after considering the scheme and the recommendations of the Council under sub-section (3) and after obtaining, where necessary, such other particulars as may be considered necessary by it from the person or college concerned, and having regard to the factors referred to in subsection (7), either approve (with such conditions, if any, as it may consider necessary) or disapprove the scheme and any such approval shall be a permission under sub-section (1) : Provided that no scheme shall be disapproved by the Central Government except after giving the person or college concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard : Provided further that nothing in this sub-section shall prevent any person or medical college whose scheme has not been approved by the Central Government to submit a fresh scheme and the provisions of this section shall apply to such scheme, as if such scheme.....

.....Where a contract or agreement is entered into on behalf of a Market Committee, the Chief Executive Officer of the Market Committee shall report the fact to the Market Committee at each meeting convened and held immediately following the date of entering into such a contract or an agreement. 35. Act of Market Committee etc. not to be invalidated. No act of Market Committee or of any Sub-Committee thereof or of any person acting as a member, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, presiding authority or Chief Executive Officer shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of some defect in the constitution or appointment of such Market Committee, Sub-Committee members, Chairman. Vice-Chairman, presiding authority or Chief Executive Officer or on the ground that they or any of them were disqualified for such office, or that formal notice of the intention to hold a meeting of the Committee or of the Sub -Committee was not given duly or by reason of such act having been done during the period of any vacancy in the office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or Chief Executive Officer or member of such committee or Sub-Committee or for any other informality not affecting the merits of the case. .....

Relief in cases several grants " (1) Whenever a grant of probate or letters of administration has been made in respect of the whole of the property belonging to an estate, and the full fee payable under this Act in respect of the application for such grant has been paid thereon, no fee shall be payable when a like grant is made in respect of the whole or any part, of the same property belonging to the same estate. (2) Whenever such grant has been made in respect of any property forming part of an estate, the amount of fee actually paid under this Act in respect thereof shall be deducted when a like grant is made in respect of the property belonging to the same.....
