.....any money payable under a decree of any kind is paid out of Court, 1 [or a decree of any kind is otherwise adjusted] in whole or in part to the satisfaction of the decree-holder, the decree-holder shall certify such payment of adjustment to the Court whose duty it is to execute the decree, and the Court shall record the same accordingly. (1) The Board shall at such times as it thinks fit make to registered owners who have delivered coffee for inclusion in the surplus pool such payments out of the pool fund as it may think proper. (2) The sum of all payments made under sub-section (2) to any one registered owner shall bear to the sum of the payments made to all registered owners the same proportion as the value of the coffee delivered by him out of the year's crop to the surplus pool bears to the value of all coffee delivered to the surplus pool out of that year's crop: 1[Provided that in calculating the sum of all payments made under sub-section (1) and the value of the coffee delivered to the surplus pool out of the year's crop, respectively, any payment accepted by a registered owner as final payment in immediate settlement for coffee delivered by him for inclusion in the surplus pool and the value of any such coffee shall be excluded.] ________________________ 1. Title: Authorisation of Payment Systems

.....the terms and conditions governing their relationship with payment system providers; (viii) monetary and credit policies; and (ix) such other factors as may be considered relevant by the Reserve Bank. (2) An authorisation issued under sub-section (1) shall be in such form as may be prescribed and shall (a) state the date on which it takes effect; (b) state the conditions subject to which the authorisation shall be in force; (c) indicate the payment of fees, if any, to be paid for the authorisation to be in force; (d) if it considers necessary, require the applicant to furnish such security for the proper conduct of the payment system under the provisions of this Act; (e) continue to be in force till the authorisation is revoked. (3) Where the Reserve Bank considers that the application for authorisation should be refused, it shall give the applicant a written notice to that effect stating the reasons for the refusal: Provided that no such application shall be refused unless the applicant is given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
