THE DELHI FIRE SERVICE ACT, 2007 THE DELHI FIRE SERVICE ACT, 2007 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 17th September, 2007] [17th January, 2009] An Act to provide for the maintenance of a fire service and to make more effective provisions for the fire prevention and fire safety measures in certain buildings and premises in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the matter connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Cantonments Act, 2006 Complete Act
