.....title. 1. This Act may be called the Indian Electricity (Haryana Amendment) Act, 1987. Amendment of section 5 of Central Act 9 of 1910. 2. .....nor shall the service of such notice be deemed to prevent the Government from taking any proceeding de novo in respect of the undertaking under this Act.
