Section 47 - Non-discrimination in Government employment (1) No establishment shall dispense with, or reduce in rank, an employee who acquires a disability during his service: Provided that, if an employee, after acquiring disability is not suitable for the post he was holding, could be shifted to some other post with the same pay scale and service benefits: Provided further that if it is not possible to adjust the employee against any post, he may be kept on a supernumerary post until a suitable post is available or he attains the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier. (1) The Commission may appoint such committees as may be necessary for dealing with such special issues as may be taken up by the Commission from time to time. (2) The Commission shall have the power to co-opt as members including representatives of non-Governmental Organisations more particularly Women Organisation of any committee appointed under sub-section (1), such number of persons who are not members of the Commission, as it may think fit and the persons so co-opted shall have the right to attend the meetings of the committee and take part in its proceedings but shall not have the right to vote. (3) The persons so co-opted shall be entitled to receive such allowances for attending the meetings of the committee as may be prescribed.

Title: Annual Report and Audit Report to Be Laid Before State Legislature

The State Government shall cause the annual report together with a memorandum of action taken on the recommendation contained therein in so far as they relate to the State and the reasons for the non-acceptance, if any, of such recommendations, to be laid, as soon as may be, after the reports are received, before each House of the State Legislature. The Commission may at its discretion submit from time to time special report on any matter of public importance to the state Government.

.....thinks fit for performing the functions under this Act, and such sums shall be treated as expenditure payable out of the grants referred to in sub-section (1). Section 13 - Accounts and audit (1) Accounts of the income and expenditure of the Commission shall be kept in accordance with such rules, as may be prescribed. (2) The Commission shall prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form, as may be prescribed. (3) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by such auditor as the State Government may appoint. (4) The auditor shall, for the purpose of the audit, have access to all the accounts and other records of the Commission. (5) The Commission shall pay from its grant such charges for the audit, as may be prescribed. (6) A soon as may be after the receipt of the report of the auditor the Commission shall send a copy of the annual statement of accounts together with a copy of the report of the auditor to the State Government and shall cause to be published the annual statement of accounts in such manner, as may be prescribed. .....of the Chief Executive Officer is incorrect or false in any material particular, or which does not comply with the provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder, the Chief Executive Officer may assess the net annual income of the wakf to the best of his judgment or revise the net annual income as shown in the return submitted by the mutawalli and the net annual income as so assessed or revised shall be deemed to be the net annual income of the wakf for the purposes of this section: Provided that no assessment of the net annual income or revision of return submitted by mutawalli shall be made except after giving a notice to the mutawalli calling upon him to show cause, within the time specified in the notice, as to why such assessment or revision of the return shall not be made and every such assessment or revision shall be made after considering the reply if any, given by the mutawalli.
