.....for the reason of a severe emergency or natural calamity. (b) If the interview is postponed, the selection committee shall forthwith communicate the fact to the District Inspector of Schools and shall obtain his approval (but not his sanction afresh) for holding the interview on any other date. (9) (a) All the candidates who turn up for the interview shall, before the interview, be required by the selection committee to record their attendance on a sheet of paper. (b) The selection committee shall sign on the call letter of every candidate who appeared at the interview and shall, along with every panel, submit to the District Inspector of Schools a certificate to that effect. Rule 9 Allotment of marks (1) (a) For selection of a Librarian in a school, (i) full marks for possessing the qualifications shall be as follows: (A) Certificate of passing Madhyamik Examination (or equivalent) 10 marks (B) Certificate of passing Higher Secondary Examination [or equivalent including old Higher Secondary Examination (class XI)] 10 marks (C) Bachelor's Degree 10 marks (D) Certificate in Library Science or 10 marks Diploma in Library Science or 15 marks Degree in Library Science 20.....

.....day of August 1927, to such persons as are referred to in section 3 for the purpose mentioned therein shall be deemed to be loans granted under this Act: SECTION 05: RECOVERY OF LOANS 7[* All loans granted or deemed to have been granted under this Act, together with all interest (if any) chargeable thereon, and costs (if any) incurred in making or recovering the same shall be recoverable at the direction of the Collector in any one or more of the following modes, namely:- (a) from the borrower- as if there were arrears of land revenue due by him; (b) from his surety (if any)- as if there were arrears of land revenue due by him; (c) out of the assets left by a deceased borrower or surety or out of the property comprised in a collateral security (if any)- according to the procedure for the realization of land revenue by the sale of a defaulter's moveable or immovable property other than the land on which that revenue is due; (d) if the loan is for the benefit of a house.; out of such house, - as if it were arrears of land revenue due in respect of the land on which the house stands. .....rates survived but assessments according to those standard rates were not fixed before the supersession of all the rules by the New Rules (a)all rules and orders in so far as they relate to the determination and levy of non-agricultural assessment of any land in the State, and all provisions consequential, incidental or supplemental to this purpose; and (b)in particular, the rates of non-agricultural assessment, by whatever name called (whether standard rates of assessment, special rates of assessment, or otherwise) fixed under the said rules and orders; and all assessment made thereunder or in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed never to have been superseded or repealed; and shall be, deemed to have continued, and to continue in force, and to have full effect according to the tenor of the third proviso aforesaid; and accordingly, it shall be and shall be deemed to have been lawful to determine and levy, or continue to determine and levy and collect, non-agricultural assessment on any land in the State, according to the rates so fixed, or fixed in pursuance of the said rules and orders, as if those rules and orders and the rates of non-agricultural assessment had never been.....
