The Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014 Complete Act

(1) The Central University of Bihar established under sub-section (4) of section 3 shall be known as the Central University of South Bihar, having its territorial jurisdiction extending to the territory in the south of River Ganges in the State of Bihar, as specified in the First Schedule to this Act.
