XI of 1960), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 1962 to be the date on which the said Act shall come into force. G. N., H. D., No. BDC. 1059/37596-(a), dated the 1st January, 1962 (M. G., Pt. IV-B, p. 15) Amended by G. N., H. D., No. DDR. 1167/61712-111, dated 28th August, 1968 (M. G., Pt. IV-B, p. 1339).
