Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in its Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called YMCA University of Science and Technology Faridabad Act, 2009. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
