Disaster Management Act, 2005 Chapter V

Title: Measures by the Government for Disaster Management

Title: State Government to Take Measures

.....as it deems necessary or expedient, for the purpose of disaster management. .....the character of such person, knowing or having reason to believe such statement to be false, or knowingly and wilfully suppresses any material facts. shall, on conviction by a Force Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
