SECTION 11: REPEAL OF MAH. ORD. IV OF 1982 AND SAVING (1) the Maharashtra Prevention of Ma at University, Board and other specified Examinations Ordinance, 1982, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification issued ) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act. Any person who adopts or takes recourse to any malpractice other than those punishable under sections 115, 117, 118, 119 and 120 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to three thousand rupees but not less than five hundred rupees or with both.
