In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Punjab Tax on Lotteries Act, 2005 (Punjab Act No. 18 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment with immediate effect, in the schedule, appended to the said Act, namely :- AMENDMENT In the said Schedule,- (a) serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and (b) for the existing serial no.3,4,6,7,8 and 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely;- "1 Card Games 1,50,000 2 Keno Games 1,50,000/- 3 Lotto games 10,00,000/- 4 Monthly Lottery 30,00,000/- 5 Bumper Lottery 1,00,00,000/- 6 Four Digit Lottery 2,00,000/-" The 15th April 2011 No.S.O.31/P.A 18/2005/S.4/2011- in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Punjab Tax on Lotteries Act, 2005 (Punjab Act No. 18 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the.....
