Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) (Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short Title and Commencement (i) This Act may be called the "Chhattisgarh Anadhikrit Vikas Ka Niyamitikaran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 32 of 2002)." (ii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
