CHAPTER 2 Actuaries Rule 3 Qualifications of actuaries Any person signing as actuary under the Act shall be a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, London, or a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland 33. .....of property both moveable and immoveable and may, by the said name, sue or be sued. (Substituted by the Orisw Bhoodan and Gramdan (Amendment) Act, 1977 (Or. Act 4 of 1977), S. 2.) [4. Composition of the Samiti. (1) The Samiti shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and nine other members to be appointed by the State Government. ] (2) The appointment of the Chairman, the Vice- Chairman and the other members of the Samiti shall be notified in the Gazette. (3) The Chairman shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed. Term of Office.
