The Ganesh Flour Mills has, thus, been playing an important role in the supply of commodities essential to the needs of the common man. (i) "the Government company" means the Government company in which the Ganesh Flour Mills are directed to vest under sub-section (1) of section 5, (j) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Companies Act 1956 have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
