Air Corporations Act, 1953 Complete Act

.....assemble or recondition aircraft, vehicles or other machines and parts, accessories and instruments thereof or therefore and also to manufacture such parts, accessories and instruments, whether the aircraft, vehicles or other machines are owned by the Corporation or by any other person; (f) to enter into and perform all such contracts as are calculated to further the efficient performance of its duties and the exercise of its powers under this Act; (g) to perform any functions as agent or contractor in relation to an air transport service operated by any other person; (h) with the previous approval of the Central Government, to enter into agreements with any person engaged in air transportation with a view to enabling such person to provide air transport services on behalf of or in association with the Corporation; (i) with the previous approval of the Central Government, to determine and levy fares and freight rates and other charges for or in respect of the carriage of passengers and goods on air transport services operated by it; 9[(ii) to make such grants as it thinks fit as contribution or donation, in furtherance of the interests of the Corporation, to any.....

Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 Complete Act

.....shall be returned to that person forthwith on his giving his name and address to the officer, who shall, as soon as possible thereafter report the facts and give the claimant's name, address and description of the lost property to the Lost Property Office. (2) The officer of the Lost Property Office as referred to in clause (1) of regulation 4 shall be responsible to maintain a register containing the description of the lost property, name, address and signature of the officer and the person(s) handing it over and taking it over the property. REGULATION 05: RECORDING AND SAFE CUSTODY OF LOST PROPERTY Any lost property delivered to the Lost Property Officer shall be retained in safe custody by the Incharge of the Airport or Civil Enclave until claimed by the owner thereof or disposed of in accordance with regulation 7 , and the Incharge of the Airport or Civil Enclave shall keep, for a period of not less than three months after the disposal of the property, a record showing the particulars of the lost property (whether delivered to the Lost Property Office or returned to the owner under proviso of regulation (4), the circumstances in which it was found and its ultimate.....

National Airports Authority Act, 1985 Complete Act

.....of an autonomous domestic airports Authority would not cause any additional financial burden or liability on the Central Government and would, in fact, have definite functional advantages. 6. It is accordingly proposed to constitute a statutory authority for the development, construction and maintenance of all the domestic airports and civil enclaves in the country and also for provision of air traffic, tele-communication and navigational services. The Act will apply in relation to all aerodromes, civil enclaves and aeronautical communication stations, other than aerodromes to which the International Airports Authority Act, 1971, applies, and aerodromes and airfields belonging to or subject to the control of any armed force of the Union and will include premises necessary for carrying on by the said Authority, of the functions conferred on it by the Act. 7. The Bill seeks to achieve the above objects. 8. The Notes on clauses appended to the Bill explain the more important provisions of the Bill. SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, COMMENCEMENT AND APPLICATION (1) This Act may be called the National Airports Authority Act, 1985. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central.....
