SECTION 02: VALIDATION OF INDENTURES SET FORTH IN SCHEDULES (1) Notwithstanding anything contained inthe Societies Registration Act, 1860-, or in any other enactment or rule of law for the time being in force, the property expressed or intended to be transferred to the Secretary of State for India in Council by the indentures, whereof copies are set forth in the first and second schedules, respectively, to this Act, shall be deemed and taken to have been so transferred absolutely as and from the dates of the said indentures respectively; and the said several indentures are hereby declared valid and operative as from the said dates respectively.
