Subsidies for the Encouragement of Trade or Industry (1) No ship registered in the United Kingdom shall be subjected by or under any Federal or Provincial law to any treatment affecting either the ship herself, or her master, officers, crew, passengers cargo, which is discriminatory in favour of ships registered in British India, except in so far as ships registered in the United Kingdom. (2) This section shall apply in relation to aircraft as it applies inrelation to ships.
