.....is to declare a person to be a guardian, the grounds on which that person claims; (k) the causes which have led to the making of the application; and (l) such other particulars, if any, as may be prescribed or as the nature of the application renders it necessary to state. (2) If the application is made by the Collector, it shall be by letter addressed to the Court and forwarded by post or in such other manner as may be found convenient, and shall state as far as possible the particulars mentioned in sub-section (1). (3) The application must be accompanied by a declaration of the willingness of the proposed guardian to act, and the declaration must be signed by him and attested by at least two witnesses. ________________________ 1. (1) Every learner's licence and driving licence, except a driving licence issued under section 18, shall be in such form and shall contain such information as may be prescribed by the Central Government. (2) A learner's licence or, as the case may be, driving licence shall also be expressed as entitling the holder to drive a motor vehicle of one or more of the following classes, namely:- (a) motor cycle without gear; (b) motor cycle with gear; (c) invalid carriage; (d) light motor vehicle; 1[(e) transport vehicle;] (i) road-roller; (j) motor vehicle of a specified description. ________________________ 1. In section 10 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3), in the second proviso, for clauses (i) and (ii), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:-- "(i) does not exceed five hundred rupees, the Joint Director, Local Fund Accounts Audit or the Assistant Director, Local Fund Accounts Audit; (ii) does not exceed one thousand rupees, the Director, Local Fund Accounts Audit, may, if he considers that it ought to be condoned, condone such defect or irregularity. On such condonation, however, the officer concerned shall make a note to that effect in his report.".
