Wildlife Protection Act Complete Act

....."lives stock" includes buffaloes, bulls, bullocks, camels, cows, donkeys goats, horses, mules, pigs, sheeps, yaks and also their young;] (19) "Manufacturer" means a manufacturer of animal articles; (20) "Meat" includes blood, bones, sinew, eggs, fat and flesh, whether raw or cooked, of any wild animal, other than vermin; (21) "National Park" means an area declared, whether under setion 35 of section 38, or deemed, under sub-section (3) of section 66, to be declared, as a National Park; (22) "Notification" means a noification published in the Official Gazette; (23) "Permit" means a permit granted under this Act or any rule made thereunder; (24) "Person" includes a firm; (25) "Prescribed" means by rules made under this Act; 1[(25A) "recognised zoo" means a zoo recognised under section 38H; (25B) "reserve forest" means the forest declared to reserved by the State Government under section 20 of the Indian Forest Act,1927 (16 of 1927);] (26) "sanctuary" means an area declared, whether under section 2[26A] or section 66, to be declared as wild life sanctuary; 2[(27) "specified plant" means any plant specified in Schedule VI;] (28) "special game" means any animal specified in Schedule.....

Coast Guard Act, 1978 Section 30

Title: Low Flying and Annoyance by Flying

State: Central

Year: 1978

Any person subject to this Act, being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to or in the service of the Coast Guard, who-- (a) flies it at a height lower than the minimum height authorised by his Commanding Officer except while taking off or landing; or (b) flies it so as to cause or likely to cause unnecessary annoyance to any person. shall, on conviction by a Coast Guard Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

Low flying and annoyance by flying Every person subject to naval law being the pilot of an aircraft of the Indian Navy, who-- (a) files it at a height less than the minimum height authorised by his commanding officer or appropriate service authority except while taking off or landing; or (b) files it so as to cause or likely to cause unnecessary annoyance to any person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned.] ________________________ 1. Air Force Act, 1950 Section 63

Title: Other Offences Relating to Aircraft and Flying

State: Central

Year: 1950

Any person subject to this Act who commits any of the following offences, that is to say,-- (a) signs any certificate in relation to an aircraft material belonging to the Government without ensuring the accuracy thereof; or (b) being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to the Government, flies it at a height less than such height as may be specified by1[the Chief of the Air Staff], except while taking off or landing, or in such other circumstances as may be specified by1[the Chief of the Air Staff); or (c) being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to the Government, flies it so as to cause, or to be likely to cause, unnecessary annoyance to any person; shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned. ___________________________ 1. Navy Act, 1957 Section 55 A

Title: Dangerous Unauthorised Flying

1[55A. Dangerous unauthorised flying Every person subject to naval law, who is guilty of any act or neglect in flying or in the use of any aircraft of the Indian Navy or in relation to any such aircraft or aircraft material, which causes or is likely to cause loss of lift or bodily injury to any person shall,-- (a) if he acts wilfully or with wilful neglect, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years2[or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned]; and (b) in any other case, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned. ________________________ 1. Coast Guard Act, 1978 Section 28

Title: Dangerous Unauthorised Flying

Any person subject to this Act who is guilty of any act or neglect in flying or in the use of any aircraft belonging to or in the service of the Coast Guard, or in relation to any such aircraft or aircraft material, which causes or is likely to cause loss of life or bodily injury to any person shall, on conviction by a Coast Guard Court,-- (a) if he acts wilfully or with wilful neglect, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned; and (b) in any other case, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

Aircraft Act, 1934 Section 11

Title: Penalty for Flying So as to Cause Danger

State: Central

Year: 1934

Whoever willfully flies any aircraft in such a manner as to cause danger to any person or to any property on land or water or in the air shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1[two years, or with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees], or with both. _____________________________________ 1. Substituted by the Aircraft (Amendment) Act, 2007 [Act No. 44 of 2007] for the words "six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees".

Army Act, 1950 Section 62

Title: Offences in Relation to Aircraft and Flying

State: Central

Year: 1950

.....or (d) is guilty of any act or neglect in flying, or in the use of any aircraft, or in relation to any aircraft or aircraft material, which causes or is likely to cause loss of life or bodily injury to any person; or (e) during a state of war, wilfully and without proper occasion, or negligently, causes the sequestration, by or under the authority of a neutral State, or the destruction in a neutral state of any aircraft belonging to the Government, shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable, if he has acted wilfully, to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned, and, in any other case, to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
