Any person subject to this Act, being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to or in the service of the Coast Guard, who-- (a) flies it at a height lower than the minimum height authorised by his Commanding Officer except while taking off or landing; or (b) flies it so as to cause or likely to cause unnecessary annoyance to any person. shall, on conviction by a Coast Guard Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

Title: Other Offences Relating to Aircraft and Flying

Any person subject to this Act who commits any of the following offences, that is to say,-- (a) signs any certificate in relation to an aircraft material belonging to the Government without ensuring the accuracy thereof; or (b) being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to the Government, flies it at a height less than such height as may be specified by1[the Chief of the Air Staff], except while taking off or landing, or in such other circumstances as may be specified by1[the Chief of the Air Staff); or (c) being the pilot of an aircraft belonging to the Government, flies it so as to cause, or to be likely to cause, unnecessary annoyance to any person; shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned. ___________________________ 1. 1[55A. Dangerous unauthorised flying Every person subject to naval law, who is guilty of any act or neglect in flying or in the use of any aircraft of the Indian Navy or in relation to any such aircraft or aircraft material, which causes or is likely to cause loss of lift or bodily injury to any person shall,-- (a) if he acts wilfully or with wilful neglect, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years2[or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned]; and (b) in any other case, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or such other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned. ________________________ 1. Title: Penalty for Flying So as to Cause Danger

Whoever willfully flies any aircraft in such a manner as to cause danger to any person or to any property on land or water or in the air shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1[two years, or with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees], or with both. _____________________________________ 1. Substituted by the Aircraft (Amendment) Act, 2007 [Act No. 44 of 2007] for the words "six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees".

.....any farm, cattle shed, milk-store, milk-shop or other place from which milk is sold or supplied for sale, or in which milk is kept for sale or manufactured for sale into butter, ghee, cheese, cream, curd, butter-milk or dried, sterilized or condensed milk; and (b) in relation to a diary man who does not occupy any premises for the sale of milk, any place in which he keeps the vessels, used by him for the storage or sale of milk but does not include " (i) a shop or place in which milk is sold for consumption on the premises only: or (ii) a shop or place from which milk is sold or supplied for sale in airtight and hermetically sealed and unopened receptacles in the same original condition in which it was first received in such shop or place; (14) "dairy man" includes any occupier of a dairy, any cow-keeper who trades in milk or any seller of milk whether wholesale, or by retail; (15) "dairy produce" includes milk, butter, ghee, cheese, cream, curd, butter-milk and any and every product of milk; (16) "date of commencement of this Act" means the date appointed under sub section (3) of section 1 : (17) "filth" means " (a) nightsoil and other contents of latrines,.....
