Nomination of Liasion Officer. 13. In each department of the Government including Public Sector Undertakings, an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary authorised by the Secretary of the Department in that behalf shall act as Liasion Officer in respect of the matters in this Act and such other duties as may be prescribed.
