THE KARNATAKA ELECTRICITY SUPPLY UNDERTAKINGS (ACQUISITION) ACT, 19741 [Act, No. 36 of 1974] [12th December, 1974] An Act to provide for the acquisition of electrical undertakings in the State of Karnataka, supplying electricity for the purpose of ensuring better supply of electricity to the general public.
