Title: Constitution (Scheduled Castes) (Part C States) Order, 1951

.....Article 341 of theConstitution of India, as amended by the Constitution (First Amendment) Act,1951, the President is pleased to make the following Order, namely :-- 1.This Order may be called the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) (Part C States)Order, 1951. 2.Subject to the provisions of this Order, the castes, races or tribes or partsof, or groups within, castes or tribes, specified in 1 [Parts I to IX]of the Schedule to this Order-shall, in relation to the States to which thoseParts respectively relate, be deemed to be Scheduled Castes so far as regardsmembers thereof resident in the localities specified in relation to themrespectively in those Parts of that Schedule. 3.Notwithstanding anything contained in Paragraph 2, no person who professes areligion different from Hinduism shall be deemed to be a member of a ScheduledCaste : Providedthat every member of the Kabirpanthi, Mazhabi, Ram Dasia, Ravidasi or Raidasi orSikligar caste resident in the State of Delhi and Kabirpanthi or Julaha or Keer,Mazhabi, Ramdasi or Ravi-dasi, Ramdasia or sikligar caste resident in the Stateof Himachal Pradesh shall, in relation to that State, be deemed to be a. memberof the Scheduled.....

.....68 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 341 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to make the following Order, namely:-- 1. This Order may be called the Constitution (Pondicherry) Scheduled Castes Order, 1964. 2. The castes, races or tribes or parts of or groups within castes, races or tribes specified in the Schedule to this Order shall, for the purposes of the Constitution, be deemed to be Scheduled Castes in relation to the Union territory of Pondicherry so far as regards members thereof resident in that Union territory: Provided that no person, who professes a religion different from the Hindu2[, the Sikh or the Buddhist] religion, shall be deemed to be a member of a Scheduled Caste. Andhra State Act, 1953 Complete Act

.....entitled to practice or an attorney entitled to act in the High Court at Madras shall be recognised as an advocate or an attorney entitled to practise or to act, as the case may be, in the High Court of Andhra. SECTION 32: PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE IN ANDHRA HIGH COURT Subject to the provisions of this Part, the law in force immediately before the prescribed day with respect to practice and procedure in the High Court at Madras shall, with the necessary modifications, apply in relation to the High Court of Andhra and accordingly that High Court shall have all such powers to make rules and orders with respect to practice and procedure as are immediately before the prescribed day exercisable by the High Court at Madras: Provided that any rules or orders which are in force immediately before the prescribed day with respect to practice and procedure in the High Court at Madras shall, until varied or revoked by rules or orders made by the High Court of Andhra apply with the necessary modifications in relation to practice and procedure in the High Court of Andhra as if made by that Court. SECTION 33: CUSTODY OF THE SEAL OF THE ANDHRA HIGH COURT The law in force immediately.....
