.....Thereupon so much of the said river, stream or drainage-channel as is comprised within such limits shall be held to be a drainage-work as defined in section 3. Title: Of Obtaining Labour for Canals and Drainage-works

.....have not specifically stated in which Chak their land is situated but as alleged by respondents their pertains to chak No.5 & 6. This fact is not disputed. Under the circumstances, the petitioners have not been able to satisfy that by creating a new chak 6 MSR-A and allowing the applicants to take water supply for irrigation, the water course from which the petitioners are being given water supply for irrigation is reduced.
