[26th October, 2010] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-nineth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2008. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
