1[12A. Power of Central Government to issue directions to Trustees. -- (1) In the discharge of their functions under this Act the Trustees shall be bound by such directions on questions of policy as the Central Government may give to them from time to time : Provided that the Trustees shall be given an opportunity to express their view before any direction is given under this sub-section, (2) The decision of the Central Government whether a question is one of policy or not shall be final.] ________________________ 1. .....DEFINITIONS (1) In this Act, the expression "inspector" and "veterinary practitioner" mean, respectively, the officers appointed as such under this Act, acting within the local limits for which they are so appointed.
