.....indicators to evaluate the functioning of the Police Service. (2) Till such time an appropriate law is made on the subject, the State Police Board shall also function as the State Vigilance Commission and perform the same functions in respect of the Sikkim Vigilance Police as are performed by the State Police Board in respect of the State Police, with Director Vigilance acting as the Member Secretary, who shall be an officer not below the rank of Inspector General of Police.
