Bombay Anatomy Act, 1949, (Maharashtra) Section 5C

Title: No Authority for Removal of Body or Part Thereof when Body is Entrusted to Another Only for Interment or Cremation

State: Maharashtra

Year: 1949

No authority for the removal of the body or any part thereof for the purposes of this Act shall be given under section 5-B in respect of any body of a deceased person by a person entrusted with the body for the purpose only of its interment or cremation.

(1) The [Central Government] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette], make rules regulating the manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import or export of any aircraft or class of aircraft [and for securing the safety of aircraft operation.]. .....medical units and establishments clearly visible to the enemy land, air or naval forces, in order to obviate the possibility of any hostile action.
