.....OPERATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS (BANKS) ACT, 1973 THE HARYANA AGRICULTURAL CREDIT OPERA TIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS (BANKS) ACT, 1973 [Haryana Act No. 34 of 1973] [Received the assent of (he President of India on the J 1th August, 1973, and first published in Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary) of 16th August, 1973] An Act to make provisions to facilitate adequate flow of credit for agricultural production and development through banks . and other institutional credit agencies and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows :" CHAPTER 1 PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1973. (2) II extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.
