.....Instruments; Parts and Accessories of Such Articles NOTES 1. This Chapter does not cover: (a) Parts of general use, as defined in Note 2 to Section XV, of base metal (Section XV), or similar goods of plastics (Chapter 39); (b) Microphones, amplifiers, loud-speakers, head-phones, switches, stro­boscopes or other accessory instruments, apparatus or equip­ment of Chapter 85 or 90, for use with but not incorporated in or housed in the same cabinet as instruments of this Chapter; (c) Toy instruments or apparatus (heading 9503); (d) Brushes for cleaning musical instruments (heading 9603); or (e) Collectors' pieces or antiques (heading 9705 or 9706); 2. Bows and sticks and similar devices used in playing the musical in­s­ truments of heading 9202 or 9206 presented with such instruments in num­bers normal thereto and clearly intended for use therewith, are to be clas­sified in the same heading as the relative instruments. Cards, discs and rolls of heading 9209 presented with an instrument are to be treated as separate articles and not as forming a part of such instru­ment. Tariff Item Description of goods .....

Railway Protection Force Act, 1957 Amending Act 1

Title: Railway Protection Force (Amendment) Act, 1985

.....Acts not to apply to members of the Force.- Nothing contained in the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, or the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, or the Factories Act, 1948, or any corresponding law relating to investigation and settlement of industrial dispute in force in a State shall apply to members of the Force.". 17.Amendment of section 21.- In section 21 of the principal Act,-- (a) in sub-section (2),- (i) in clauses (a), (b) and (c), the words "superior officers and" shall be omitted; (ii) for clauses (d) and (e) , the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:- "(d) prescribing the description and quantity of arms, accoutrements, clothing and other necessary articles to be furnished to the members of the Force; (e) prescribing the places of residence of the member of the Force; (f) institution, management and regulation of any fund for any purpose connected with the administration of the Force; (g) regulating the punishments and prescribing authority to whom appeal shall be preferred from orders of punishment or remission of fines, or other punishments and the procedure to be followed for the disposal of such appeals; (h) regulating matters with.....

Railway Protection Force (Amendment) Act, 1985 Section 19

Title: Provisions as to Existing Force

(1) The Force constituted under the principal Act, as functioning immediately before the commencement of this Act (hereafter in this section referred to as the existing Force) shall, on such commencement, be deemed to be the Force constituted under the principal Act as amended by this Act, and every member of the existing Force holding immediately before such commencement an office mentioned in column (1) of the Table below shall, on such commencement be deemed to have been appointed to the office mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table. Army Act, 1950 Complete Act

.....British Act which one mainly to the peculiar traditions of the British Navy, is materially different in many respects from the British Army Act and Air Force Acts. The revision of the Naval Discipline Act has, therefore, proved a more difficult problem. In the United Kingdom, a special committee has been appointed to examine the question of revision of the British Naval Act It was felt that it would be an advantage to await the report of that committee and benefit by its recommendations, The revision of the Naval Discipline Act has, therefore, been suspended for the present. It is expected that the Committee's report will be available within the next few months, after which the revision of the Naval Discipline Act will be taken up. It is, however, not considered necessary to delay the revision of the Army and Air Force Acts any longer and they are therefore being introduced during this session of the Legislature. 3. The main objects of the revision of the Army Act are (a) to make it self-sufficient by incorporating the relevant provisions from certain other related enactments; (b) to adapt the existing provisions to suit the new constitutional set up and present day.....

Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 1972 Complete Act
