CAPITAL ISSUES (CONTROL) REPEAL ACT ,1992 [Act, No. 26 of 1992] [18th August , 1992] PREAMBLE An Act to repeal the Capital Issues (Control) Act, 1947. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Capital Issues (Control) Repeal Act, 1992. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th day of May, 1992. 2. Definition In this Act, "appointed day" means the 29th day of May, 1992. 3. Repeal of Act 29 of 1947 On the appointed day, the Capital Issues (Control) Act, 1947 shall stand repealed. 4. Repeal and saving (1) Capital Issues (Control) Repeal Ordinance, 1992 (Ord.9 of 1992) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act

.....CERTIFICATES ACT, 1996 ACT 11 OF 1996 [1] THE KERALA (SCHEDULED CASTES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES) REGULATION OF ISSUE OF COMMUNITY CERTIFICATES ACT, 1996 An Act to provide for and to regulate the issue of Community Certificates to members of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in the State of Kerala . Preamble. "WHEREAS it is considered necessary to devise and provided for a strict procedure for and to regulate the issue of community certificates to members of the "Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in the State of Kerala ; AND WHEREAS in order to curb effectively the evil practices of securing such certificates by persons other than those belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for claiming the benefits of reservation and such other benefits meant for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes and to make provisions for prescribing punishment, therefore and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; BE it enacted in the Forty-seventh year of the Republic of India as follows: " 1. Tripura & Vindhya Pradesh bythe Union Territories (Laws) Act. 1950 (30 of 1950) . S. 3 (16-4-1950). Vindhva Pradesh now forms part of the State of Madhya Pradesh-See C. A. 37 of 1956. S. 9 (1 )(a) (1-11-1956). The Act now extends to the Union Territories of- (1) Goa. Daman and Din - -see Regn. 12 of 1962 (24- 1-1963). [Goa is now a State - See Act 18 of 1987. S.3 (30-5-1987). (2) When any certificate is issued in any of the circumstances specified in rule 4, sub-rule (2), it shall state on the face of it and against the stub or counterfoil to the effect that it is "Issued in lieu of share certificate No ______ sub-divided/replaced/on consolidation of shares". (3) When any certificate is issued in any of the circumstances specified in rule 4, sub-rule (3), it shall state on the face of it and against the stub or counterfoil to the effect that it is a "duplicate issued in lieu of share certificate No. _______ ". Further, the word "duplicate" shall be stamped or punched in bold letters across the face of the share certificate. 6. Sealing and signing of certificate.- Every share certificate shall be issued under the seal of the company, which shall be affixed in the presence of (i) two directors or persons acting on behalf of the directors under a duly registered power of attorney; and (ii) the secretary or some other person appointed by the Board for the purpose. The two directors or their attorneys and the secretary or other person shall sign the share certificate: Provided.....

.....as specified in this Act; (j) "Medical Practitioner" means an Ayurveda Medical Practitioner registered under the Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953 (9 of 1953) or Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (Central Act 48 of 1970); (k) "State" means the State of Kerala; (l) ''Treatment'' means all types of treatments provided as per Ayurveda system of treatment, for the cure of any particular disease or improving the health of any person. CHAPTER II ISSUE OF LICENCE AND CONTROL 3. Issue of licence to Ayurveda Health Centres.- (1) No person shall run any Ayurveda Health Centre within the jurisdiction of a local self Government institution after the commencement of this Act without a licence issued under section 6 of this Act in addition to the licence issued from the Local Self Government Institution. (2) In the case of an Ayurveda Health Centre functioning, within the jurisdiction of any Local Self Government Institution, at the time of commencement of this Act, shall obtain licence under this Act within six months from the date of commencement of this Act and if fails to obtain such licence or to apply for such licence, such Centre shall not continue.....
