.....Within fifteen days from the dale of every transfer referred to in sub-section (1), the transferor and the transferee shall jointly communicate the fact of such transfer to the supervising authority and the transferee shall, for the maintenance of the clinical establishment, make an application for a fresh certificate of registration in accordance with the provisions section 4. .....to the advice of the Advisory Committee, the Appropriate Authority is satisfied that the applicant has not complied with the requirements of this Act or the rules, it shall, for reasons to be recorded in writing, reject the application for registration. Title: Registration of Genetic Counselling Centres, Genetic Laboratories or Genetic Clinics
