CONVERTS' MARRIAGE DISSOLUTION ACT, 1866 Section 9

Title: Form of citation

State: Central

Year: 1866

In ordinary cases the citation shall be in the form in the Second Schedule to this Act, or as near thereto as the circumstances of the case will allow. But where the respondent is exempt by law from personal appearance in Court, or where the Judge shal so direct, the citation shall be in the form in the Third Schedule to this Act, or as near thereto as the circumstances of the case will allow.
