Title: Cesspools, Receptacles, for Filth, Etc

.....of the1[Board], within such time and in such receptacle or place,2[* * *] as may be specified in the notice, any offensive matter or rubbish which such person has allowed to accumulate or remain under, in or on such building or land; or (b) require any person to desist from making or altering any drain leading into a public drain; or (c) require any person having the control of a drain in the cantonment to cleanse, purify, repair or alter the same, or otherwise put it in good order, within such time as may be specified in the notice. ________________________ 1.
