.....shall rectify any defaults or defects specified in the notice issued under sub-section (1) within the time limit specified in that notice and the fact of such rectification shall be communicated by the Manager of such Ayurveda Health Centre to the Officer, in writing, who issued the notice under sub-section (1). (3) On receipt of an intimation under sub-section (2) that any defaults or defects specified in the notice under sub-section (1) has been rectified within the time limit specified in the notice, the officer mentioned in sub-section (1) shall re-inspect such centre and confirm that the rectification has been carried out as per the information. (4) If it is proved that the concerned Ayurveda Health Centre has not rectified the defaults or defects specified in the notice under sub-section (1) or rejects such notice, the Director shall suspend the licence of such Ayurveda Health Centre for a specified period and if it is found on inspection that the defects are not rectified even after the said period, the Director shall cancel the licence of such centre. 8. Title: Registration of Genetic Counselling Centres, Genetic Laboratories and Genetic Clinics

.....to the advice of the Advisory Committee, the Appropriate Authority is satisfied that the applicant has not complied with the requirements of this Act or the rules, it shall, for reasons to be recorded in writing, reject the application for registration. (3) Every certificate of registration shall be renewed in such manner and after such period and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed. (4) The certificate of registration shall be displayed by the registered Genetic Counselling Centre, Genetic Laboratory or Genetic Clinic in a conspicuous place at its place of business. Title: National Load Despatch Centre

(1) The Central Government may establish a Centre at the national level, to be known as the National Load Despatch Centre for optimum scheduling and despatch of electricity among the Regional Load Despatch Centres. (2) The constitution and functions of the National Load Despatch Centre shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government: PROVIDED that the National Load Despatch Centre shall not engage in the business of trading in electricity. Title: Transfer Between Relief Centres in the State and Institutions of a Like Nature in Other States of India

(1) The Central Government shall establish a Centre for each region to be known as the Regional Load Despatch Centre having territorial jurisdiction as determined by the Central Government in accordance with section 25 for the purposes of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under this Part. (2) The Regional Load Despatch Centre shall be operated by a Government company or any authority or corporation established or constituted by or under any Central Act, as may be notified by the Central Government: PROVIDED that until a Government company or authority or corporation referred to in this sub-section is notified by the Central Government, the Central Transmission Utility shall operate the Regional Load Despatch Centre: PROVIDED FURTHER that no Regional Load Despatch Centre shall engage in the business of generation of electricity or trading in electricity.
