THE CALICUT UNIVERSITY ACT, 1975 THE CALICUT UNIVERSITY ACT, 1975 1 (ACT 5 OF 1975) An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the University of Calicut Preamble.-WHEREAS it is expedient to reorganise the University of Calicut with a view to establishing a teaching, residential and affiliating University for the northern districts of the State of Kerala; BE it enacted in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER I Preliminary 1.
