THE MOTOR VECHICLES (KERALA AMENMENT) ACT, 1976 [1] THE MOTOR VECHICLES (KERALA AMENMENT) ACT, 1976 [1] (Act 7 OF 1977) An Act further to amend the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, in its application to the State of Kerala . Preamble. - WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, in its application to the State of Kerala , for the purpose hereinafter appearing; BE it enacted in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title and extent .- (1) This Act may be called the Motor Vehicles (Kerala Amendment) Act, 1976. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala . 2.
