.....deducting there from the expenses of collection of the cess and the amount, if any, refunded ; (b) all fees levied and collected in respect of registration and other matters under this Act or the rules made there under; (c) any grants or loans that may be made by the Central Government for the purposes of this Act under Section 15; and (d) any grants or loans that may be made by any State Government, voluntary organisation or other institution for the purposes of this Act: PROVIDED that no such grant, loan or donation shall be credited to the Fund except with the prior approval of the Central Government. (2) The Fund shall be applied for (a) meeting the cost of the measures referred to in Section 10; (b) meeting the salaries, allowances and other remuneration of the members, officers and other employees, as the case may be, of the Authority; (c) meeting the other administrative expenses of the Authority and any other expenses authorised by or under this Act ; and (d) repayment of any loan

.....attachment or injunction or order for the appointment of a receiver in respect of any such property subsisting on the commencement of the Administration of Evacuee Property (Amendment) Act, 1951, shall cease to have effect on such com­mencement and shall be deemed to be void. (2) Where, after the 1st day of March, 1947, any evacuee property which has vested in the Custodian oy is deemed to have vested in the Custodian under the provisions of this Act has been sold in execution of any decree or order of any Court or other authority, the sale shall be set aside if an application in that behalf has been made by the Custodian to such Court or authority on or before the 17th day of October, 1950.] ________________________ 1. .....2.-- In the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985(2 OF 1986) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2,-- (a) in clause (g), for the words "Scheduled products", the words "Scheduled products or, as the case may be, Special products" shall be substituted; (b) in clause (i), for the words "the Schedule", the words "the First Schedule" shall be substituted; (c) after clause (i), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-- (j) "Special product" means any of the agricultural or processed food products included in the Second Schedule.'. 3. Substitution of new section for section 3 For section 3 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, lamely:-- "3. Power to amend the Schedule - The Central Government may, having regard to the objects to this Act, and if it considers necessary or expedient so to do, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to, or, as the case may be, omit from, the First Schedule or the Second Schedule any agricultural or processed food product and on such addition, or as the case may be, omission, such product shall be, or shall cease to be, a Scheduled.....
