(viii) "Second Schedule" and "Third Schedule" means the Second Schedule and Third Schedule respectively of the Act ; (ix) "Syllabus" and "Curriculum" mean the Syllabus and Curriculum for different courses of study as specified by the Homoeopathy (Diploma Course) Regulations, 1983, the Homoeopathy (Graded Degree Course) Regulations, 1983 and the Homoeopathy (Degree Course) Regulations, 1983 ; 4(x) 'teaching experience' means teaching experience in the subject concerned in a Homoeopathic College and includes teaching experience in the subjects of Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, gained in the Medical Colleges, recognised by Medical Council of India; (xi) "Visitor" means a Visitor appointed under sub-section (i) of section 18-of the Act REGULATION 03: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. 5There shall be attached to every Homoeopathic College a hospital having not less than 25 beds, having the requirements, norms and standards as specified.....

Constitution of Rent Control Courts and appointment of Accommodation Controllers.-(1) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a person who is or is qualified to be appointed, a Munsiff to be the Rent Control Court for such local areas as may be specified therein . (2) The Government may, by notification in the gazette, appoint any Officer not below the rank of a Tahsildar to be the Accommodation Controller for any area to which this Act applies. (3) The Accommodation Controller shall exercise his powers and perform his functions.....

.....Assembly of Tripura in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short title, extent, application and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act,1975. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tripura. (3) It applies at the first instance to the areas mentioned in the Schedule and the State Government may, by a notification in the Official Gazette, apply all or any provisions of this Act to any other area in the State with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification and may, by like notification, cancel or modify such notification or withdraw the application of all or any of the provisions of this Act from any area mentioned in the Schedule : Provided that this Act shall not apply--- (a) to any premise belonging to any local authority, (b) to any premise belonging to or requisition by the Government, or (c) to any tenancy created by the government in respect of any premise taken on lease by the Government.
