THE MIZORAM COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 2006 THE MIZORAM COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 2006 (Act No.9 of 2006) An Act CHAPTER - I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Co-operative Societies Act, 2006. (2) It extends to the whole state of Mizoram. (5) "Arbitrator" means a person appointed by Registrar by virtue of power conferred upon him under the Act to settle disputes.....
