.....Assembly of Tripura in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short title, extent, application and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act,1975. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tripura.
