.....registered Children's Home or a State run institution or any other place identified under the Plan of Action. (4) The State shall ensure that a satisfactory Rehabilitation Programme is in position before taking action on this. (5) The punishment for violation of the provisions of this section shall be as unden- (a) for all forms of hazardous employment, a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with simple imprisonment of one year for the employer; (b) for all forms of non hazardous employment, a fine of Rs. 25,000/ - (Rupees twenty five thousand only) and simple imprisonment of three months for the employer; (c) for all forms of domestic labour, a fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) for the person employing the domestic child labour. (6) The State shall formulate a comprehensive plan of action to eradicate all forms of Child Labour within a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
