THE RAJASTHAN EXCISE ACT, 1950 THE RAJASTHAN EXCISE ACT, 1950 (Act No. 2 of 1950) CHAPTER I Preliminary 1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called The Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
