Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Thirty- third Year of the Republic of India as follow :- Section 1 - Short title This Act may be called the Punjab New Townships (Street Lighting and Water Supply) Fees (Repealing) Act, 1982. Section 2 - Repeal of Punjab Act 9 of 1950 The Punjab New Townships (Street Lighting and Water Supply) Fees Act, 1950, is hereby repealed : Provided that such repeal shall not affect " (a) the previous operation.....
