Preamble1 - The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 Section1 - (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, Section2 - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires Section3 - No person shall erect or re-erect any building or make or extend any excavation or lay out any means of access to a Section4 - (1) The Government may by notification declare the whole or any part of any area adjacent to and within a distance of Section5 - (1) The Director shall, not later than three months from the declaration under sub-section Section6 - Except as provided hereinafter, no person shall erect or re-erect and building or make or extend any excavation or lay Section7 - (1) No land within the controlled area shall, except with the permission of the Director, be used for purposes other Section8 - (1) Every person desiring to obtain the permission referred to in section 3 or section 6 or section 7 or a license Section9 - The Director may authorise any person to enter into or upon any land or building with or without assistants or workmen Section10 - Any person aggrieved or affected by an order of the Director under sub-section Section11 - The Director shall carry out such directions as may be issued to him from time to time by the Government for the Section12 - (1) Any person who Section13 - (1) Where an offence under this Act has been committed by a company, the company as well as every person incharge of, Section14 - (1) The Director or any person authorised by the Director by general or special order in this behalf may either before Section15 - (1) No court inferior to that of a [ Judicial Magistrate ] of the First Class shall be competent to try any offence Section16 - No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the Section17 - The Director and every other.....
