Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Section 1 - Short title This Act may be called the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act, 1963. Section 2 - Insertion of new section 17-A in East Punjab Act III of 1949 After section 17 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949, the following section shall be inserted, namely :- "17-A.
