The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961 Complete Act

(vii) Director of Student Welfare; (viii) Registrar; (ix) Comptroller; (x) Estate Officer; (xi) Librarian; and (xii) such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of.....

The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 Complete Act

The Punjab Village Common Lands Regulation Act 1961 Complete Act

.....contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or the Rules made there under ; (ii) has been entered into as result of fraud or concealment of fact ; or (iii) is detrimental to the interests of the panchayat as prescribed; the Collector may, notwithstanding anything as aforesaid, cancel the lease, contract or agreement or vary the terms thereof unconditionally or subject to such conditions as he may think fit ; Provided that no order under this sub-section shall be passed by the collector without affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to the parties to the lease, contract or agreement. .....upon the crops and other agricultural produce, cattle, fodder for cattle, agricultural or industrial implements or machinery, raw materials for manufacture and any finished products manufactured from such raw materials, belonging to such member, past member or forming part of the estate of the deceased member as the case may be. (2) No person shall transfer any property which is subject to a charge under sub-section (1) except with the previous permission, in writing of the cooperative society which holds the charge. An Act to abolish village cess known as Malba. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title and extent: (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Abolition of Village Cess (Malba) Act, 1961. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab. 2. Levy or collection of cess to cease: Notwithstanding anything contained in any Record of Rights prepared or any notification issued or order made under the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, or any agreement express or implied or any custom or usage to the contrary, as from the commencement of this Act, the village cess known as Malba by whatever.....
