Section1 - (1) This Act may be called the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Section2 - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, - Section3 - Notwithstanding anything contained in the Co-operative Societies Act or in any other law for the time being in force, Section4 - (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Co-operative Societies Act or in any other law for the time being in Section5 - Except otherwise provided in section 4, the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act and the rules made thereunder Section6 - (1) The Government may, by notification, authorise the Registrar to exercise any of the powers vested in it under Section7 - (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith Section8 - (1) The Government may, by notification, from time to time, include in the Schedule, any co-operative society
