Ext.No. 298/5.3.1984.] An Act to Consolidate and Amend the Law Relating to Civil Courts in Orissa Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Thirty fifth year of the Republic of India, as follows: Statement of Objects and Reasons-The establishment and regulation of Civil Courts in this State are being governed by the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (12 of 1887).
